You've provided little to no context for any of the fights you stream and when asked what it is or whats going on you snap at the chat.
I'm not sure why you should be paid to sit around at home streaming ever few hours and why you can't setup a team that can fill in most timezones. CCP doesn't need you.

CCP should hire him, he's so willing to listen to and help new players with how to get into EVE. Provided they pay him $5 so they can ask a question in his chat channel or if he bothers to respond/read the in-game channel.

About his stream being on Sub-Mode only, I was there when he did it. People were posting hate comments because of the anonymity of the internet and making the chat very unpleasant even for those who were watching like me, not only the streamer. People paying for a sub, or subscribing to EVE through his referral link in which he gets a cut/reward, to then have him give the opportunity to win an in-game item is considered RMT by CCP, again look at Somer Blink's controversy.
Him changing it to sub-mode only isn't that big of a deal. He provoked that sort of response due to his own actions both prior to this thread being made and post which include but are not limited to:
- Asking for real world money to "improve" the stream.
- Asking for in-game money to "improve" the stream.
- Banning people who differed from his point of view.
- Banning people who told him how to improve the stream in their opinion.
- Banning people who commented his 'analysis' as a 'journalist' were incorrect.
- Complaining about people asking a question he may have gone over earlier in a fight.
- Negatively responding to people who have provided non-malicious criticism.
- Created a thread asking CCP to hire him on the merits of a stream where most of the time it is him being AFK. (Basically CCP paying someone to not do anything 80% of the time)
In short, he isn't as much of a victim as you may think when he provoked and gave reason for this sort of response from people.

Also to add to Tode Tuu's idiotic logic, CCP has had their staff on a podcast where people used "faggotry" and other variants of that word which are well known insults towards gay people. Therefore by Tode's flawed reasoning, CCP condone that sort of homophobic behavior and support it. I'm also the N-word got dropped to so I guess CCP is racist as well.

No one said CCP no longer supported or promoted Somer.
They told Somer, as well as other sites that did the "buy GTC through our referral link and get ISK in return!" had to stop by November 7th or so.

It's not, and it's blatantly clear you don't know much about what you're talking about. Since you use Twitch's service, and they're a US based company, they defer to the DMCA for their copyright issues. Per the DMCA do you have a physical or electronic signature granting you permission to use their work for profit? If not, it's unlicensed and not permitted usage of copyrighted music, which you've played on your stream and is in violation of that act. Your use of the music is unlicensed and you're making real money profit, which is a huge no-no and you seem to think you're immune from it because its on YouTube or whatever. It being on YouTube doesn't protect you.

Also Twitch.TV has the following statement in their TOS

You've agreed to Twitch's TOS & their deferral to the DMCA when you became a partner after begging people to help get you over the bare minimum. You should probably actually follow what you signed an agreement to if you want to actually profit from the stream or have CCP hire you to stream via that same service.
The amount of naivet+¬ you've shown is hilariously childish. Also your'e whole "thanks for bumping me, working out as intended" is even more infantile since you seem incapable of handling any criticism about you or your "content" and fall into a "lol haters" and "lol u mad?" attitude. It's not surprising really given your past behavior on your stream.

Did the streamer link his stream in yours? Or was it his viewers? You'd need to provide proof of the former as that is, as you said, against the TOS, but if you lack the evidence then you're just needlessly being melodramatic.
